THE BRAND
"Lilje" (pronounced lill-yeh) is the Norwegian word for lily. Lily flowers are beautiful, elegant and timeless, just like the designs we create at Lilje Clothing.
Each item is hand-crafted in Norway from high-quality materials and classic Scandinavian designs.

Lilje Clothing was established in 2020 with the intention of making exclusive and unique garments not found in stores.

THE DESIGNER
I care deeply about the quality and style of my daughter's clothes - and like any mother, I know my daughter is unique, beautiful and deserves the best. That's why, in 2020, I decided to start Lilje Clothing.
​
I have always had a deep passion for fashion and after working in the children's clothing industry for over a decade, I realized that most of the designs available to little girls were cliché and uninspired. Something had to be done.
So I dusted off the sewing machine and got to work making the outfits that I always wanted to buy but could never find in stores. With my daughter as my model and inspiration, I began posting pictures of my products to Instagram. The response was overwhelming and it was clear that I wasn't the only one who wanted cuter, more stylish outfits for my daughter.
